Field forms

Open digital forms by project phase, complete required fields, and let status submit when the record is complete. PMs and company safety use Safety and Closeout audits for policy and packet review.

1. Open Forms on a project. Do now is today's PPE, daily report, and open items.
2. Complete required fields. Status moves In progress on first save, submits when required fields are full, and reopens the next morning for daily PPE / report / pre-task.
3. PMs lock and sign after review. Unlock only with a reason if a correction is needed.
4. Use Safety to check PPE, OSHA weekly, protocol, incidents, and inspections.
5. Use Closeout for punch, PM checklist, and customer acceptance blockers.
