Terms of use

Effective August 18, 2026. The contract for using Drawing Logic HQ, including paid seats, invite-gated joins, and acceptable use of plan sets.

The service

Drawing Logic HQ is a professional workspace for electricians, service technicians, and access-control and low-voltage teams to store construction drawings, run measured takeoffs, route cable, and coordinate field installation.

The service is provided as-is for authorized users. It is not a substitute for a licensed engineer, AHJ review, or field verification.

Accounts and approval

Paid plans and invited teammates can use the service after email confirmation. Joining a workspace you did not create, without an invitation, stays pending until an administrator approves it. We review those requests within one business day on business days.

You must use a real work email, keep credentials confidential, and tell us if an account is compromised.

We may suspend or reject accounts that fail verification, violate these terms, or present a security risk.

Customer content

You retain ownership of drawings and project records you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to your organization.

You represent that you have the right to upload the plan sets and that they do not infringe others’ rights.

Takeoff counts, detections, and AI-assisted markup are decision support. Confirm quantities against the issued set before buyout or install.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, scrape, or overload the service; do not upload malware; do not share logins; do not use the workspace for unlawful surveillance or to process data you are not authorized to hold.

Field measurement and AR tools, where offered, are aids only. They are not certified metrology instruments.

Fees and trials

Paid plans are billed by Stripe under the then-current pricing page. Trials last 14 days unless stated otherwise. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid conversion.

Enterprise terms may be agreed separately in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for jobsite outcomes that depend on unverified takeoff or stale drawings.

Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date posted on this page constitutes acceptance. If a change is material, we will note it on the status page or by email.
