Privacy policy
Effective August 18, 2026. How Ascendra Technologies (“we”, “us”) handles account, drawing, and field data in Drawing Logic HQ.
Who this covers
Drawing Logic HQ is operated by Ascendra Technologies at drawinglogichq.com. This policy applies to the public site, the workspace, and related APIs.
Contact privacy questions at sales@drawinglogichq.com.
What we collect
Account data: name, email, organization membership, role, and authentication events from our identity provider.
Project data you upload or generate: construction drawings, annotations, takeoff lines, door and device records, scale calibrations, cable routes, field forms, measurements, and as-built notes.
Operational data: IP address, user agent, timestamps, and audit logs needed to secure the service and investigate abuse.
Billing data is processed by Stripe. We store subscription status and customer identifiers, not full card numbers.
How we use it
To provide the workspace: store drawings, run takeoff and review workflows, measure and route cable, and coordinate field work for your organization.
To operate the service: authentication, authorization, malware scanning of uploads, audit trails, and platform health.
To communicate about access, billing, and material changes to this policy.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer drawings to train public models.
Sharing
Inside your organization, access follows the roles you assign. Platform administrators may review accounts for approval, suspension, and abuse.
Processors we use include hosting (Vercel), database and auth (Supabase / Postgres), object storage, Stripe for billing, and optional malware-scan and document-processing sidecars you configure.
We disclose data if required by law or to protect the service from fraud or security incidents.
Retention and rights
Project files stay until your organization deletes them or the account is closed, subject to backup and legal holds.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal account data by writing to us. Organization-owned drawings are controlled by the organization owner.
If you are in a jurisdiction with additional privacy rights, we will honor valid requests as required by law.
Security
Drawings live in private buckets and are served with short-lived signed URLs. Application tables use organization isolation and server-side permission checks.
See the Security page for current controls. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents to the sales address.
